Returns, Orders, Refunds, and Exchanges
We allow for free exchanges and replacements, since we know that your body is unique!
Please allow up to 2 weeks for an exchange to be completed.
- No returns on promotional sales, discounts, and international orders.
- If 45 days have passed since the date of your purchase (or 30 days from receipt of the item, whichever is longer), we cannot offer you an exchange.
- Product must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged, since we cannot resell items that have been worn due to our strict sanitation standards. We want to keep you healthy!
- Contact our team at email@example.com and let us know you would like an exchange.
- After we reply, provide the tracking information, as well as items included in the package, for your return.
Do not ship any items to us until you speak to a staff member and receive the correct return address, we send and receive lots of orders every day so we need to be able to track your package!

We are a small and mighty team, here to resolve your issues as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given, or if they are unable to gain entry/access. Please contact us if this happens and we will work to assist you.
Our team is on the ball! Because we strive to process orders quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All orders are final. If you happen to see a mistake, please contact us and we will make things right!
Customers are responsible for entering all discount or promo codes in their cart, and to make sure that they have been applied. We cannot normally retroactively apply discount codes after an order is processed. If there is an issue, please contact us and we can assist.
Sometimes an error gets through our Quality Control. If you find a product that has any defects, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and we will happily make things right for you!
